TOPACIO JEWELERS has a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. The item being exchanged must be of equal or greater value. TOPACIO JEWELERS does not accept returns or issue refunds.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Personalized items cannot be exchanged (such as nameplates, name rings, memorial pendants, special orders or altered items). Please contact us at email@example.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If your item is over $500 total value we highly recommend shipping your package only with USPS Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the item. Please ensure to receive a confirmation of delivery, and keep the shipment tracking number as confirmation of shipment. The United States Postal Service is the only company which will insure jewelry for over $500.
